How it starts
After checkout you get an email from studio@statusbird.io asking for the store address to watch, the checkout path to test, and where alerts should go. Monitoring is live within one business day, usually the same day, and you get the link to your alert settings. Hours do not roll past the stated cap. Cancel from the receipt email at any time; the month already paid runs to its end.
What we measure, and how
Uptime is measured by our own monitoring at 120-second intervals from an independent host, and the monthly record is published at a permanent link with a SHA-256 seal. We acknowledge monitored outages within two business hours on the Managed plan. We do not promise 24/7 response, because we are a small studio and would rather say so.
